It is an estimate, and it is deliberately built to under-claim rather than over-claim.
What happens after the 7-day trial?+

Yes. Every plan is one workspace with one shared memory, and you can add team members from £75/mo each. Everyone on the account works with the same specialists and the same context, so a question answered for one person is answered for the business.
Do you have a partner programme?+
Yes, for franchise head offices, trade associations and business networks, coaches and consultants, and IT, web and marketing agencies who introduce clients to Greymill. You are paid 30% of the client’s monthly plan price, once, when the client is still with Greymill 60 days after their first payment (annual plans are paid up front, so they qualify unless refunded). If they move to a cheaper plan before day 60, it is worked out on that plan; an upgrade keeps the plan they started on. A monthly client who cancels, or any client refunded, before day 60 earns nothing. Yes, once you are on a paid plan: your link is in Settings in the app. Your friend gets 40% off their first month (on an annual plan, 40% of one month off their first year). It is credit on your Greymill bill, not cash, and it is separate from the partner programme. The full rules are in the Terms of Service.
What does Greymill not do?+
It produces the thinking and the documents; you stay in control of every action. Every connection is read-only. Whatever you connect, your books, your inbox or your website data, the specialists read it so they answer with real figures, but Greymill never writes to your books, never sends an email on your behalf, never makes a payment and never takes an action in another system. It also will not pretend to certainty it does not have: where a question turns on facts it cannot see or on a regulated judgement, it says so and tells you what to check.
